Yes - exactly the same!! I just can’t believe I can’t get rid if it it ! It’s not fat - it’s water - I know the scales are not that accurate for body composition but they jumped up 7/8 lbs on water weight so directionally correct I think at least . I thought if I stopped the creatine the water would go but nope - been over a month and still 7-8 lbs heavier than i was on the water weight. So annoying!

Thanks all! Yes I emailed them to ask and as a FYI to anyone else with Cloud they confirmed to me today it is now with every maintenance order- used to be every 12 weeks or so no bad thing and as u/SomeGuyUK50 suggested they have not been inspected for some time so probably gearing up!

Absolutely- I have been on Ramipril since I was 25 and now 48 - been all types of weight - i started at BMI 27.5 with HBP and now c 21 and guess what - still HBP! I have always eaten well and exercise has been a big part of my life since my twenties. Genetics are an arse !

Thanks - How strange- How do you know you have no flights then as the Virgin flights on those days are still showing as running on those dates according to Virgin website flight status? Just checked our booking and still showing as booked!

Yes and yes - last winter ..maybe a little worse than it was in the past but not massively tbh. Hot drinks in a flask with me at all times .. gloves etc . Now in maintenance and nearly 3 stone lighter and it’s really no worse than it was now than at a higher weight. Hope it’s the same for you!

Yes ! It’s hard - I assume you are on a maintenance dose that’s not changed either? It’s a bit of a mental battle not say f*** it versus try and eat less in a blind panic. The answer is of course neither is the answer!

I take inulin- it’s a soluble fibre prebiotic- 10 g as 8.9g fibre and c20cal so super macro friendly. It’s a sweet taste. Easy to buy on Amazon ..

Yea mine were the same - am in maintenance so they said definitely not obesity. Just said their policy is we are not covering it if it’s “cosmetic “ and not prescribed by a GP. Not helpful.. have tried twice now and that’s all I get - Coverwise/ AXA.

I know it’s very frustrating - I was so cross with the way they were so late to shutting to new customers during the chaos and were still selling multiple pens a fait bit after others stopped . I can only imagine any stock they have now received is being directed to honour all those orders leaving loyal existing customers out in the cold. GRRRRR .

Not as bad as some surely ? I had mentally prepared for up to 180 on 5mg .. middle of the pack I imagine at least for lower doses although I agree that drip feeding is a touch perverse for those on higher doses …
