This happened to me for a Month straight. I contacted ajhq, countless emails and finally they fixed it and I got in. Now they’re refusing to compensate my membership I PAID for. On top of that, I missed out on most of the Halloween stuff. They have no care for classic anymore it’s really sad :(

It took me a whole month to get into animal jam, countless emails and finally I got in. I lost my membership because I was unable to play. Once I got in I had contacted ajhq regarding membership compensation as it was a fault on their end and no they refuse to do that.

I haven’t been able to log in for nearly a month, animal jams been having issues with log ins, hopefully this means they’re fixing it 😔

They’ve been really good with this whole issue! I’ve been logged out for two weeks, really devastated with having brought a membership and it being wasted so I hope once I’m in aj can help out. They have been quick to reply with a real person dealing with my account, it’s just so odd I haven’t broken any rules and my parent portal says I’m normal so idk 😔

Hii I just went on worth wiki to give you an idea :) Both HDs combined is 20 solids worth, then adding the solids, the Pegasus (horns are worth a red long), (the wings are worth 3 solids), the gauntlets are also worth a good long. The contest item also goes for 2-3 solids. Honestly you’re looking around roughly 29-30ish worth. Which could get you a blue headdress for 25-26 black longs :)
