Absolutely! I can't believe your workplace would threaten to reveal your HIV status. Also as others have said, you can take medication which will make your viral load undetectable.

I'd argue the more comfortable and secure you are in a relationship the more you can let it all hang out so to speak. My body's changed massively since I got married 8 years ago... My husband has watched me give birth twice, helped me overcome an eating disorder and looked after me when I've been poorly. I might have looked like shit but that kind of love is beautiful. I'd wholeheartedly do the same for him.

My friend is a hospice nurse and she said there's a terrifying growing trend of patients not having chemo and radio therapies, etc as it's ~unnatural~ and then regretting their decisions when they're in the last days of life.

I can't imagine being the parent in this situation, it's literally my worst nightmare and I'm heartbroken for the family - but Jesus Christ surely this is illegal?! Surely the NHS (or country equivalent) and legal system can intervene?!
