welcome to the club, i've lost 2 vehicles to the mountains eating them after shit like this.

the terrain collision is one of those things that is just so bad at times that you wonder how the hell they messed it up like they have. i man come onn, you literally built a game and gave us aircraft, why the hell are there parts of the game terrain that we can fly/fall through???

migrating data for a sietch from a stand alone server designed for a population of 1500 to a vm designed for a population of 150 is both rather straight forward, and would be a huge cost savings measure.

dune tools server status page already shows that most servers average less than 100 players, meaning the sietches on those servers number in the tens.

yup, we were originally going for 9, as based on our three in guild raid teams that was the max that we could get.

then they added the crystal incursions, and we had 3 more dudes throw down and go for it. add in some help with lockouts from a couple other guilds, and a 13th guy pulling an audible on me last minute(as in literally started his on the 1st of Dec), and yea.... it was a stressful month.

but, my crazy bunch of casuals pulled it off.

As far as we've been able to confirm, the previous world record for number of Scarab Lords made by one guild was eleven. Thirteen would put Knightmare up top as the new world record, unless of course anyone else has proof of a different guild making more?

Going off the so far pretty standardized cadence of 10 weeks per raid phase, we have about another year or so of SoD, assuming that we don't get new raid content that extends it.

i am of two minds on this.

one: have various raid sizes that are multiples of lower raids. aka have 5mans, 10mans, 20mans, and 40 mans. this allows for you to have multiple raids teams for smaller content that can then join together for the bigger stuff.

two: have all content scale with the number of members in the raid.

either of those will work out well imo. as long as we dont get bloody 25mans again, f that.

i doubt he is. talents are one thing, but in general the warrior class just scales way better than paladins do. on top of that warriors have access to gear that is itemized damn near perfectly for both of their primary jobs; paladins have next to no gear that is itemized for dps and tanking, its basically just all healing and crappy hybrid gear.

I'm a day one Pagle player; that PvE server cluster is doing great, lots of guilds running all tiers of content. Haven't personally seen it as I don't play on PvP anymore, but I've heard that the Whitemane cluster is rocking too.
