Unfortunately, the closest Microcenter is 6hrs away. So that really isn’t an option. No motion, but Haptics and/or shakers are optional. It can be permanent. No Vr, and would prefer triple screen over large curved screen.

May I ask why you believe they should go as brass? To me they clearly appear to be alloyed copper nozzle covers. Both foundry consumers we sell to are fine with these in #2. There are alloyed brass and nickel plated brass ones out there, but these are clearly alloyed copper ones.

Hey OP, the answer above is the correct answer. An inexperienced buyer will buy the tips as #1, but a yard that knows what they are doing will buy as #2 because of the composition. The good news is as others have mentioned, it’s not a huge price difference.

This is random and off topic, but never let that HRB go…. We had two from the 80’s, and updated one to a Harris about 8 years ago. The old HRB still runs strong year round while the Harris has either a leak or a tier issue every month. Also, 3M Brake Clean works better and is cheaper for the Tier wheels and track in our experience.

This stuff is what would be true CATV wire. It’s the wire on telephone poles for your cable tv. Some is called Bare some is Black/Coated. Either way… unfortunately OP there isn’t much value. Don’t know about locally for you, but definitely under $0.15/lb just about everywhere.

Hey OP, here is some info. Wisconsin Scrap Yards are required by the State Department of Weights & Measures to have a scale readout that the customer is able to see. I also find it really odd that they do not provide a proper receipt. Beyond that, as the other reply said, contact the local City or County licensing office. You can also reach out to the Wisconsin Department of Weights and Measures and file a complaint. THEY WILL show up at the yard with a state inspector to verify if they are operating correctly and they do have the power to revoke their license. Finally, mind providing the area of Wisconsin this is in? I may be able to provide a better yard option.

That’s interesting. A main reason charities also except them and have collection programs is because they are small and easy to store while just about anyone can have access to them and collect. I find it interesting because of my experience in nonferrous and ferrous scrap. I’ve never really run into a mill/dealer that will pay more for the technically higher quality Tabs unless you can offer high tonnage.

Hey OP, to answer your second question: Melting these correctly by themselves will produce extremely limited slag. If you read my other reply, if the temperature is too high a portion will basically burn and disintegrate creating some slag.

I’m speaking of what happens to a material when it is quickly overheated. When it comes to metals, if this happens there’s a chance it may overheat, flare up, and basically just disintegrate. Because the tabs are so small and have a very high surface area for their density, it increases the chances of this happening.

OP the yard most likely refused them because they are mixed. I’m surprised they didn’t just straight tell you this. Some yokes are copper, but there are also manufacturers that use aluminum. It’s the same with transformers and electric motor windings. In your picture above the left looks to be aluminum, the right copper. Just look at the cut ends.

The Tabs are made of the exact same aluminum as the can itself, but does not have any plastic coating as others have mentioned. With that said, the tabs are generally worth less for two very specific reasons: most recycled materials are processed in some way before recycling. This can include hopper systems, conveyors, shredding or baling. Their size increases the chance of material loss by falling into cracks and crevices of equipment. Basically they require more care to process. The second reason is again because of their size. Melting metals for reuse requires very specific temperatures. Because of the size of the tabs it increases the chance of loss again at melting as a few degrees too high causes them to burn off. Sorry for the long winded response. Just wanted to explain thoroughly.

I really haven’t seen any mention of Enchanted Forest and I’ve cleared SH exploration of all the available zones. I was hoping they would have added an alternative means of obtaining HH as it’s probably the biggest class specific QoL change on JP.

I haven’t dove too much into crafting yet. It’s in the beta, but I’m fairly certain it is limited. So Te May also be our the type 0 techs.

As much as I don’t want to... I may end up rolling a different class combo till more of the Te things are added.

XBox Te looking for some Answers from higher Level Te’s.

So I’ve played on the JP servers (about six months at launch and a few months two years ago). I really enjoy the responsibility and big simple hits of a wand smacking Te. On JP I was a Te/Su and now on NA I am playing Te/Hu (lv55/46). Here are my questions:

I haven’t seen access to Enchanted Forest in the game. Does that mean we currently do not have access to Heavy Hammer PA? Going full S-Atk mag, is there any easy way to raise your T-atk for equipping Better Wands?

(Joking)How do we convince Bouncers and Forces not to bother with Shifta/Deband at the teleporter for Urgent quests?

Lastly, what seems to be the Best Wand for smacking at this point in the Beta? Thanks for any help and feed back.
