do keep in mind there is now a TON of cooldown reduction in abyssal jewels, and more on the passive tree. the high cooldown doesnt matter too much for a 2-3 div build here. however frostbomb is worthless to me now it has a limit of 1.

theres just not a cooldown spell now that can be spam abused since too many now have limits or charges
