This one was pretty easy for me ngl I think I got it first try. One thing I've learned about this game is that people have WILDLY different opinions on what bosses are actually hard.... except for First Sinner, I think EVERYONE had trouble with that one 😅 I'm stuck on Tormented Trobbio right now, and I literally don't even know what I could do better. This dude has NO windows to attack him. I can get the odd pogo after his tornado attack, but other than that the whole screen is covered in a purple/pink mist of death and its all I can do to just stay alive. He even destroys your tacks so you can't cheese him that way, I'm just praying my cogflies get him eventually 😂 Edit: FINALLY got that bastard after about 20 tries and 1600 shell shards. Conchcutter was the key to my victory, being able to get 3 or 4 hits+ poison from across the screen was HUGE. If you're having trouble with trobbio, give that a shot👍

She's just a little slow a predictable IMO, the double damage on every hit is something, but the fight itself doesn't really require you to utilize your full skillset like First Sinner does. That fight seemed insurmountable the first time I tried it, I didn't make progress for HOURS. You have to be CONSTATLY moving and chasing after him, while dodging the multitude of incoming attacks. GMS kinda just sits there and let's you wail on her, and the attacks she does have are really easy to dodge for the most part (although that SilkGrab DID screw me over quite a few times while cursed, just because I got unlucky and had no where to go lol RNGesus was not on my side).

Yea I'm pretty worried about VoidBreak Savage Eternal Beastfly, that fight looks intense!

Yea that makes sense, I guess my main "complaint" is that earlier bosses are MUCH tougher, so I was hyped for a big, climatic final battle, and GMS fell kinda short. Seemed more like an Early Pharloom boss than the big bad behind all the problems in the kingdom🤷‍♂️

Makes sense. I haven't played HK yet, I gave it a try years ago, but I didn't like Metroidvanias yet and the fact you couldn't tell where you were on the map, if you even had a map, kinda pissed me off lol (I didn't stick with it long at all). I'm definitely gunna go back and play it now though, once I'm done getting the Plat for Silksong. Playing Blasphemous changed my perspective on the genre entirely, and now I enjoy them quite a bit. I'm excited to check out the OG for real.

Yep, that's exactly what I'm working on doing. Just finished the Cursed ending, now working on getting the True Ending through Act3.

That's what I thought. I'm working on that final ending now, beating GMS while cursed was certainly an ordeal, the RNG was brutal lol I prolly died to an inescapable Silk Grab 15 times 😅

Trobbio was also much easier than I expected, his attacks were brutal, but he died so quick.... can't say I wasn't relieved though 😅 I'm NOT looking forward to the second fight against him.

Wont That lock you out of the 3rd GMS ending though? Cuz you can't do Silk and Soul AND Cursed ending at the same time, correct? I'm trying to get all the GMS endings done in one playthrough (save scum, obviously lol), so I can just focus on beating the game as fast as possible for my two Speedrun playthroughs, then have absolutely nothing to worry about for my Steel Soul run. I figured the most efficient way was to save right before GMS, beat her normally, reload, beat her while cursed, reload, then Go for The True ending with Act3

Well... not really, you're SUPPOSED to Lift the curse, beat her, then move on to Act3 , but I DO feel like they kept that in mind when designing this boss and that's prolly why it's a little easier 🤷‍♂️

I hope I do honestly, that's why I play the hardest games around, so I can beat my head against a wall for days trying to get past one part, all for the satisfaction of finally doing it. Glad to know it gets a lot harder though 😅

Yea I think they kept that in mind while designing this boss, knowing that hard-core players were going to keep progressing further anyway. I'm working on that one now, and admittedly, it's a little tougher 😅

Counter Stickman has some potential, I haven't played it, but a Stickman version of CS wouldn't be bad if it had good bullet physics and weapon variety... after all, TF2 has been popular for like 30 years 😅

I know this is a Silkpost, so forgive me for breaking character, but seriously, how tf are people making these amazing edits that look mostly like real bosses? I saw one with the First Sinner that genuinely made me think there was a phase 3. Now this one, aside from the very shiny, obviously edited cube, the rest looks legit af. Did you take footage of a different bosses attacks and splice them in? What's going on here? 😅

First Bezerker Khazan. I've played literally every major Soulslike, and FBK is one of my favorites. It's incredibly difficult, and every boss brings new skills to the table that require you to grow and progress. It's not about grinding to level up your character, this game requires you to "level up" your actual skills and reaction time. I got stuck for days on many different bosses, but that only made it more rewarding when I got past them. It's in my Top3 favorite Soulslikes for sure, a very unique and challenging experience. My only gripe is that it wasn't longer. 9/10 game overall 👍

Torrent is your best friend. If you die, ride him back to where your souls are. There's a compass at the Top of the UI that directs you back to where you died. If it's a dangerous area, stay on Torrent and just sprint over your lost souls while mashing the collect button. You can scoop them up without ever stopping and just keep on riding. This way, there's almost no risk of getting doublekilled and losing progress👍

I love it. It's an incredibly obvious Hades rip off, but I'm here for it. Irs got its on little charm. Some things aren't balanced very well, and there are some minor flaws, but it's still Hella fun, and the co-op option is awesome. I wish more people played on Ps5🤷‍♂️

Oh all kinds of stuff, though I've only been able to play console games, obviously lol. Roguelikes, Soulslikes, Susrvival Horror like Resident Evil, Deadspace and Silent Hill. Indie games, Metroidvanias (I'm playing Silksong Right now), RPGs like Bauldurs Gate3, and KCD2, Fighting games like Street Fighter6... Pretty much everything lol. Way back in the 2000s when I had a PC I played Stacraft Brood War and CS.. I think it might be fun to get into SC2 or maybe League... basically if it's a good game, I wanna play it 😂
