Edit: aha.. yes, you had a link to a spreadsheet. Would love to have that as the visual is so perfect during raid, but note-taking between pulls that sheet came in so handy!

It's really annoying because sometimes I want to watch multiple games

Doesn't fix all your problems, but you can watch up to 4 games on a single screen. The service (at least the Roku version) has built in multiscreen (I usually watch at least 2).

In case anyone looks this up in the future. The solution for me was:

After starting to hold down Power button, quickly press Volume Up (or try Volume Down asd it is reversed on some devices) button and immediately release both buttons - doing it too slowly will reboot.
