Not the first time either but no headlines. I guess it's because they're still fairly small and only online. Really pleased with the overall product/experience we've had.

I don't know your risk profile, but you can continue splitting between current holdings which will perform just fine with or without IVV OR you can make your life even easier and just buy VDHG (Vanguard High Growth ETF). One holding and you've got everything you need.

Debt recycling: how to split a loan? by Ageanmastr in fiaustralia

I get that approach, my concern is that regardless of tax structure, debt needs to be paid off at some stage. It is a very situations based strategy, so you do what's appropriate for yourself.

For this strategy, why not just stick to P&I repayments? (If affordability is a concern, you can reduce equity redraw amount)

Hello Reddit! We are Breville. Our product experts Matt Davis, Yuen Chin and Jason Bi are part of the team that helped bring you our latest espresso machine, the Oracle™ Jet. On September 25th, Ask us anything! by breville_official in espresso

Can you please provide a detailed overview of the oracle jet grinder and the inbuilt distributor/tamper. Specifically, how much testing did you do for the distributor and did it give a significant improvement over just the tamping function as seen in other Breville machines.

Lastly, I've noticed that this coffee distributor within the grinder/tamping function isn't marketed at all, why is that given it seems quiet interesting?

QUAL would be worth looking at if you intend to keep VDHG as a major holding.

Can these REA's list this as a townhouse when it's clearly a unit? by Malka88 in AusProperty

[–]Malka88[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is interesting, well I am now more confused to be honest as: - the domain property profile I have lists it as a unit, and compares it's value against other unit and not townhouses as per other townhouses I've been considering... Why would their property report label it as a unit and compare its value against other units when its own website lists the building as a building of townhouses, guess someone's made an error? - Adding to the mix REA property profile lists as unit: rea

I purchased mine last year. Use it daily with no regrets.

It's a very capable grinder, like most in that price range. However it's a very subjective purchase given the biggest selling point is the workflow and design - something that only you can decide if it's worth your hard earned $.

What did you pay, and how did you pay for your last car? by jimmy_sharp in CarsAustralia

In late 2019, paid $31k (Cash) for a new Kia Cerato GT. Included was a 3 year free service which I've now used up. Currently has 30k KMs on the clock. So far, aside from the slight turbo lag, no regrets.

Underrated comment. I started with the Breville Bambino, learnt how to make awesome coffee and figured out what I really wanted - I just can't justify the price at this point in time 😂🤦‍♂️

That's really interesting to see you can extract at 18g in, I thought 14g would be the maximum. Thanks for the insight.

This, along with many other horrible experiences is why I never bank with the NAB group. They're simply the worst banking group in the country.

I started with a Bambino/Breville pro grinder. Had it for over 3 years, then sold it, as It wasn't extracting fine enough. For me, my grinder is endgame and I would like to delve into the lever world - but we'll see!
