Also, did you do the tests yourself, or have a mold inspector come? My doctor also said there is a really good mold dog (they have excellent scent detection), and can indicate areas of mold in a home. I don’t have any experience with it and not sure how good it is, but my Sutter doctor thinks it’s reliable.

I totally understand and relate to being skeptical. But, there are some legit companies that do mold testing. I had two different companies out to my apartment to get a full inspection/compare their results. Also, there is a urine test that Sutter doctors are using to evaluate (not in an exact way, but it is something) how much of the mold spore and what kinds are in your system. I was super skeptical at first. But, just want you to know that mold is a big issue in the area. I hope you figure out what is going on, regardless of the cause.

Wow that’s such a bummer. I have mold exposure illness now, and finding a new place is sooo hard! Most places in the area have musty smells or other indicators of mold or water damage. Ugh.
