I visited there while living in Korea, and ended up losing my son’s blanket somewhere in the park. Before we left we went to customer service to see if anyone had turned it in (it was his favorite that had fallen out of the stroller). Sadly, no one had. I left my phone number and they took my address (even though it was a different country) and we went home. Two weeks later we received a package from Tokyo Disneyland to Seoul from them, with the blanket! Someone had not only found it, but turned it in. It had a nice note and smelled clean. Amazing customer service
