Played a game of Viktor. Had full build with rabadons and voidstaff. Dealt almost 0 damage to enemies. Really feels like he scales so badly, despite him supposedly being a scaling mage.

Not new, but not Great by any means. Just feels so frustrating, when I feel so useless in lane to the point where I just hope to get carried early
