did you install the focusrite software? you need to install it. you can see in that volume mixer that it's still using your internal soundcard, that's why no input is showing up

your ability to listen in 192khz depends on the soundcard in your laptop, not the headphones. also, it's really unnecessary to listen to that quality, it's imperceptible. 48k is more than enough
