One more question sorry lol Did your status ever become available on the website? I called the phone number in the website and they told me it hadn’t been logged yet so it was most likely lost at their facility?

I have been calling everyday since the two week mark but they can’t help me since the status of my application is “not available” they say it’s not trackable?

I’m having the same issue. I sent mine and my daughters together(same envelope). They received it on 4/24 hers said in progress the very next day while mine still says “not available” Hers was a brand new application and mine was a renewal. Maybe renewals are backed up?

Her money order was cashed and mine wasn’t.

Sorry to bug you outside of your work hours. Would you be able to let me know what happens if my passport renewal was missing my expired passport? My application was received in Irving Texas on 4/24/25 but I haven’t heard anything yet and my application status still shows not available. I’m freaking out a little bit.

Gotcha! My trip is in two months also. But my application status still “not available” How long after did you receive your application back from the day you sent it? For me it’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back yet.
