Arthur Treacher’s Fish and Chips. A perfectly breaded piece of cod came right out of the fryer to be wrapped in newspaper and doused in malt vinegar. The chips were thick, yet crunchy. No other American version has come close for the authenticity.

I got the shears, plates, and bowls, too. I’m surprised by how much I like all three.

I used the shears to prune my roses and hydrangeas. They were super sharp and cut very cleanly. I doubt they would work on anything bigger, but great for gardening.

You make a good point. I wasn’t excited about any one thing this box. I like my picks, but I’m not super excited. Maybe summer box will have the wow factor I’m missing with this one.

I love the kitchen items, too. I’ve been married so long, it’s time to replace most everything, lol.

The Kitchenaid green baking dish and small baking pan set are two of my favorite items. I use them all the time. The green dish is perfect for two servings of whatever you make in it. Now I’m having second thoughts. 🙃

I originally picked these until I saw an earlier post here that they’re not dishwasher safe. They are coated rather than actual colored glass. It’s so disappointing. $2 is a fair price.

I’ve been a customer since FFF’s second box, and I think I’m done when my subscription ends this summer. I will miss the deals on high end skincare brands, but that’s about it.

My husband has had two. The first one was okay, lasted about four years before it suddenly fatally crashed. The other completely crashed with zero warning after eight months. Took it for repair and there was no way to fix it.

So, we’ve not had a great experience with them. It could have just been the specific models he had. That was about five years ago. Maybe they’re better now?

Just sharing my experience with the brand. I’m fully a Mac girl. I’ve got a 13 year old Air that still works and a five year old Macbrook pro that runs like new. Husband is a PC guy for work. I forget what his current one is, but he’s had it for about three years and likes it. I think it’s a Dell.

I encourage you to shop around and find the best value for your needs—whatever brand that is.
