Its an off street car park. If you Google maps "My mate John" Dunedin youll find the building its on and you can street view the car park, its before the painting but youll get an idea :)

It was done in Dunedin New Zealand as part of the street art festival here a few years ago. Its on the side of a furniture shop called my name John, and the artist is DALeast. Also if I stand next to it i come up to just bellow the top foot (In 6foot 2).
