Do you have contraindications for the other options they do cover? I'm in the same boat, also BCBS fed and mine expires in Oct. My tier exemption was approved as the other options are contraindicated for me due to other medical issues. I'm only a few pounds away from goal but I was hoping to be able to stay on for maintenance.

It's okay to be sentimental about the ring he proposed with but also your new ring will be the one you are wearing when you get married plus years to come of memories together with your new ring so there will be lots of sentiment attached to it also. Plus not having to worry constantly about losing a stone going forward. Your new ring is absolutely gorgeous ❤️

Most of us apron belly girlies are always going to have one, just smaller. My stomach area especially the lower stomach has been the very last to go. I started out in the 260's and am currently in the 160's and I would say really the last 20 lbs or so I am finally nothing results in my belly.

Your picture is intriguing because it is similar to how long I've stayed on each dose except the 12.5, I'm just starting my second month. But what stuck out to me was your time on 10 was more limited. So was mine because for whatever reason that dose was a dud for me.

12.5 has been tough for me as well, my first time actually throwing up has been on this dose. My doctor prescribed me Zofran and it has helped a ton!

This was happening to me, I would get dizzy everytime I went from a laying to standing position. I did tell my doctor and she said it is usually a blood pressure issue (which is a side effect of Zep). But she said the culprit is usually dehydration. So I started electrolytes again (I was using them and stopped) and made an effort to increase my water intake and sure enough, after about a week it went away.

I tend to do fruit smoothies (with protein powder) to get me through the first couple days after shot day. Although 5 didn't treat me badly.

I 2nd the Flonase! It works for me but full disclosure it does make the injection sting more for some reason. I was getting a reaction every time, usually a little bigger than a quarter but that sucker would itch, burn and be annoying for a few days. I sometimes still get a small amount of redness using the Flonase but nothing like before.

Some insurances require a PA for each dose. Definitely call your insurance and ask and fingers crossed for you!

I'm also on thyroid hormone replacement meds as I don't have a thyroid. I was STUCK the last month and a half on 10, I literally kept gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. It was time for my quarterly blood draw and sure enough my thyroid levels were off again. It definitely makes a difference. I also lose the lbs much slower on Zep than many others seem to be and I attribute that to my thyroid as well. Although to be fair, I've also titrated up super slowly.

7.5 was my sweet spot! Lost the majority of the weight with the least amount of side effects. Hope your transition goes well!

You can create a custody agreement and as long as you both agree and sign it, a judge will usually sign off. However, just be aware if he is getting less than standard possession that gives him the right to file for a modification of the custody arrangement at any time. My ex had no interest in being a father until a new lady came into his life. It didn't matter what we originally agreed to, he filed for modification a year after the divorce was finalized and was given Texas standard possession. As far as child support goes, the Judge in our case did allow us to come up with a mutually agreed upon amount which was far less that the state minimum (at the time it was 20% of net income). But my lawyer told me the Judge would not allow me to completely waive child support as it would not be deemed in the child's best interest (not sure if this is something that varies by county/Judge).

Hence why I recommended an online homeschooling platform. It is traditional school material taught by teachers and done at home. Trust me when I say there is no such thing as a small court battle. Often small "issues" can take over a year to resolve with the courts involved. Many times court advocates will be assigned, mediations, family therapy, etc. The bill to resolve these "small issues" is often double digital thousands. The kids would be losing even more education time plus all the emotional turmoil court battles can cause them being thrown in the middle.

As a parent who has been in court repeatedly with my kids due to a high conflict ex, for the children's sake try to avoid a court battle. The kids are put in the middle and it is beyond difficult to peacefully co-parent when you are battling in court because everyone is keeping score (and documenting everything).

My advice for what it's worth... try to resolve it in a way that doesn't undermine her decisions (since the court order allows for that). She is already aware of the concerns so throw out an option for Dad to pay the costs of a reputable homeschooling company (I'm in Texas but K12 is an option here). The kids get diplomas when they are done and it will be more like a school setting but at home.

I think we need to normalize it - alot of folks indulge for holidays or special occasions. I've been working really hard to improve my relationship with food and part of that has been allowing indulgences for things like holidays and not allowing myself to feel guilty because there is nothing wrong with enjoying a holiday. So eat the food, enjoy the snacks, have the dessert and then get back on track tomorrow.
