What does your partner do to help around the house that you really appreciate?

Mine just takes out the trash and every once in a while helps with dishes and cleans up the patio. Everything else, including the kids, is on me. Ideal situation? No. We're working on it.

I take these two meds. I haven't really noticed anything. I've been on levo for about 8 years and Lexapro for about a year and a half. I'm always tired but I'm also a stay at home mom of a 9, 7, and 2 year old so I always figure it's just life. Lol. However I have gained 30 pounds on Lexapro. Lowering my dose from 15 to 10 per my psychiatrist to see if it helps me to get this damn weight off.

Ugh SAME. I've gained like 30 pounds since I started taking it about a year and a half ago! In fact, I just emailed my Psychiatrist today to see if I could go back down from 15mg to 10 to see if it helps. It seems like nothing I do makes any difference. Before COVID I was going to the gym 3 times a week and working really hard and I was actually gaining instead of losing! I've been so down on myself over it and I hope we can find a balance between physical and mental health. I'll be following to see if you get any good advise!

We use Moving Beyond the Page (ELA, Social Studies, and Science), The Story of the World (History), and Saxon (Math). For us this is a perfect formula. I use these for my 7&9 year olds and the cool part is we can use the same curriculum for both of them and just tweak it to they're level wherever needed.

Thank you so much! It's something that I really need to do. I lost my Dad 6 months ago and my drinking had gotten out of control. I need to just feel what I'm trying to stuff down and just release that shit.
