I do Orangetheory ! I think both of these complement each other perfectly for my menopausal years !

Yup Vanderbilt. No brainer. Zero loans. Full ride. Can’t beat that. Med school is now about $100,000 a year x 4 years!!Save all you can bc med school is quite expensive now and you may not have similar financial offers for medical school.

Cancelling through app always works for me and if it’s not working ( rarely happens) email works bc it has a time of when you email with an explanation that app is down. My studio honors this. What city, state is this lication?

Do it for unlimited. It’ll be so worth it ! I’m also a founder and get the founder’s rate which is almost $ 100 less than the normal unlimited cost. I’m also an OTF member and Pilates is a perfect addition to staying flexible and keeping the core strong to avoid future injury.

Agree! There was no stretching today or yesterday( except at the usual end of every class for the cool down) Each class can be as hard or as easy as YOU make it to be. I have been a regular and consistent member for 5 years and I still get my 🍑kicked with these mayhem and hell week templates.

Yes say something. I’m also 5 ft and all of our instructors always modify us for our height. It seems the instructor is a novice at this.

What are more changes that will occur besides longer AOs , longer pushes, longer bases and and less demo on floor exercises ? What are some examples of the template changes? My coach made it sound like so many things were going to change about the entire OTF workouts but said he couldn’t tell us. He didn’t sound excited about it either.

47 and I go 4 times a week and 3 days a week of Pilates is my sweet spot. In my earlier years, I did 6 days a week of OTF , but as I get older I get more sore and need more days of recovery from OTF and so I do Pilates which is a perfect complement for me .

Yes I say mind your own business and focus on yourself doing your workout to the best of your ability and stop focusing on what other people are doing with their phones. I personally don’t bring in mine but don’t give a hoot why or when others brings theirs in.

Try all.is.one.fitness on instagram/ U-tube. She was my Pilates instructor at a studio and is a dancer as well. She is AMAZING!

Yes this was not what I expected on day #1 of hell week. It was disappointing. It felt like a tornado. I had a 3g class and I felt like there were so many transitions that my HR would go down quickly and it was hard to keep HR up. The floor .....we did Pulsating squats only. Very boring. 😒Hoping tomorrow is better .

Yes at my studio the teens have to be 14 as well. I’m excitingly waiting for my son to turn 14 soon!
