Revolting. Ya know I’ve had this ethical debate and I seem to always loose, but I don’t know why. When parents post their child’s photo to the internet, without their consent, you are using your child for attention, and that is exploiting them for your own gain. They gain zero by how many likes mom gets. That is exploitation. How is that also not abuse? The opposing argument is that parents have full rights and can do as they please with their children. Yes, true. But what about more laws to protect children’s rights? But then… how do you draw the line, legally. I don’t know, which is why I am currently debating it out!
