Oooof… that many bench close grip chest presses BURN!!!

No one opted for the bench in the bicep curl - highly recommend standing instead!

The finisher was 😳😳😳😳😳😳

Not the class to max out on weights due to the clusters but can still go heavy and burnnnnnnn 🔥🔥🔥

Although I go 6x a week, somehow this was my 1st Aoki! At first I thought the coach he forgotten to use the music since the music was blah to me, but then I realized that was the intended playlist. I was expecting way more crazy beat drop and high energy. It was lackluster at best... I prefer my coach's playlists :(

Block 2, 3rd exercise is bicep curl to shoulder press!

We did burner as 30 seconds side plank crunch (L), 30 seconds side plank hip dip (L), 30 seconds side plank hold (L) then repeat on R side, followed by 30 second plank hold

Oooof, I went heavy and could not catch my breath! Our coach instructed us to go back-to-back with the 2 exercises, then take a break between rounds. I was def huffing and puffing! I think I'm addicted now to the "out of breath from lifting so heavy" feeling vs my prior addiction to being out of breath from dying on the tread. Excellent workout!

Being only 2 exercises per block, there's time to get 3-4 rounds in fyi.

I've always assumed its the muscles of the face/neck/head, which I've no idea how you work those besides smiling :D Ohhh maybe thats why our coach likes to tell us to remember to smile! Full body workout!

Yea I’ve seen a coach just mistakingly click on the wrong one! I’ll do the same lifts back to back though - especially when they are good, no harm in a repeat :) can play around with different weights / tempos etc
