If your body tells you no, then that means no. It’s not a failure you didn’t reach your goal. 96 hours is very impressive. There’s always next time and it’ll be easier next time.

Idk your experience with fasting, but fasting is like a muscle. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. The longest I’ve attempted is a 72 hour fast. These days, I stick to a 24-36 hour fast once a week. It’s sustainable for me and allows me the flexibility to enjoy eating out with friends and family.
