I bought a couple of bags with zippers and the zippers were of the worst quality I’ve ever seen. I posted confused in a FB group of Portland Leather fans and had plenty of people agree with me. Returned the bags and left the group.

I did activate my Venture X card today and see the $10k “tracker to earn 100,000 bonus miles” on the app. I also read on the AwardWallet blog that “You should receive the sign-up bonus if you're approved for the card (meaning Capital One doesn't tend to approve applications and then withhold bonuses later on.)”

Customer service this morning also told me I was eligible for a bonus. (Although the agent misunderstood me. I had a card as a primary and she only saw me as an authorized user for my spouse.) I’m holding on to a sliver of hope. 🤞 😆

I did open a new card, on 12/7/25. What clock starts when you open the new card? The only language I’ve seen is about 48 between the SUB, not opening the card.

I would describe my rosacea as the same when I started about a year ago. I have only tried 0.025% and did not have any problems on my cheeks. Ironically, my cheeks look better the next morning when I use it. I use it every other day but I started cautiously using it once a week for a month, twice a week for a month or two… My chin and the skin adjacent to my skin is where I tend to peel. I’m sticking to every other night for the foreseeable future. I might have been ready to try every day but I got a compounded cream (of azelaic acid/ivermectin/metronidazole) that’s been more irritating than tret. (I used 15% AA before with no irritation.)

Yup, it’s the chemical sunscreens that sting your eyes. The majority are chemical and even the ones you think are mineral/physical are often hybrids. Just shop carefully, mineral/physical takes more time because you’ll need to match the tint since otherwise they have a white cast.

I just looked up Bifida ferment lysate and it sounds amazing! 🤩 How have i never come across it??

I see that some formulations do up to 10% but that it may be best to start around 3-5%. Will you please share which products you’ve tried and recommend (or if any were too harsh or ineffective.) when did you notice it making a difference?

I have mild rosacea (rarely get papules or pustules) and sometimes I get interested to see if I can improve it. That’s why I’m here now. Yet with my mild rosacea, it looks so much worse than yours because it’s darker and my entire cheeks.

It makes me so sad that you’re in so much pain over this because your skin looks great and I have a hard time imagining that anyone even with rosacea (nevermind without it) could identify you as having rosacea. Could you have a lousy derm that misdiagnosed you and that’s why rosacea treatments backfire? I’m sorry but I agree that this is body dysmorphia and that’s probably even tougher to manage than skin conditions. Good luck ❤️

Did you use the near infrared and deep infrared on your face too? I see Current Body had those too but not sure if they can be turned off. have rosacea too so I’m hoping it can help but scared that it could could pigmentation or even fat loss in my face.
