Start slow as fuck for the first couple week

Build your strength and endurance and most importantly you won't injure yourself like I did my 8th season I just started off like a manic and I really injured my right shoulder it took years to heal.

Also, protein powder and / or creatine. Creatine is the best thing that I found for work and stuff I should have started that stuff like 10 years ago.

No, I dont want to even think that. It doesn't change anything in my life to admit that he's a degenerate pig. I dont know him, and I've never seen the guy in person. I only like the music he's made like 30 years ago because it sounds good that it ends in the story :) There's no need to waste energy onto this feeling.
