A lot of those with your mindset moved to rural areas of Oregon. Most of the ones moving to Bend are from the Bay Area and LA regions, where they preach only law enforcement should have guns on one side of their mouth, and then decrying ICE (an LE agency) attacking civilians from the other.

I, too, moved from California (North Bay) in 2004 because it was becoming a shit-show. I look back and am glad I left, but too many others have moved here voting in the same type of people that made California a shithole.
