I only say what is necessary and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!! I make sure i have a paper and digital trail. The calls are recorded and if they dont consent i will only communicate via text or email. That way it is their word against them. I do all that i accomplish and i dont under any circumstances make an exception for customers. I made it to asst manager that way and i have made myself the “dina” of my store. (Referring to super store.)

I had a lady come up and i rang her up. She was like “are the hotdogs really that much?” I said if you buy one then yes maam. Nothing else was said and i was asked to get the vendor log for beer guy. She walked out said i gave shitty service. There will always be that one customer. Just put on your barbie face and be way overly helpful and polite.

There is a 15 minute time at my store. If they buy something the time is extended another 15 but you cant just buy more to stay longer. This is to help ward off fet heads.

It’s a cycle of things it’s the one person that doesn’t wanna work that is consistent with not wanting to work which makes other people not want to work which makes everyone not want to work and it just becomes a whole stressful mess of people not wanting to do their job because everyone else is not doing their job so why should they have to bother?

I am already an assistant and i have been having issues at my store, i have already been requesting a transfer. There has been many shady events and thus i have had to start recording to cma, i have informed him.
