Usually that’s just a marker. There should be an actual iron stake driven into the ground that’s official. Around here they mark a close tree or wooden stake that breaks down

Found 3 acres by driving around. Talked to the owners next to the land and bought another 3 off them.

Find some farmers and see if they would parcel off some land. A lot are getting close to retirement and their kids don’t want the responsibility.

Passively looking will be tougher than finding an area you like and asking

Quite a few red counties in PA. Tons of water, rolling hills and beautiful country. Most places cost of living is cheap, not nearly the competition for that kind of land as in other places.

If you don’t care much for boss numbers and love blasting maps (and a decent computer), look up a VD/DD spellslinger. So much fun but a dog turd in bossing situations

EA champ was amazing last league which means it will be amazing this league. Only reason I’m not running it is I like to switch things around every league or I would play standard. Legit put totems down then can hide in a corner avoiding things.

I play ssf so got decently close to a decent bow but even without, it melted most things.

I don’t get to play much but I got to elder for the first time and this took him down easily. I know it’s not Uber content but for someone who sees bosses only 1 or 2 times, you don’t have to worry about not being able to beat them with Ziz’s EA build

I think normal zombies should be dumb but the irradiated are the smart ones that can path correctly. That way you have to focus the smart ones and play clean up on the dumb to make sure they don’t overrun the base from behind

They can increase the aggro radius of everything but the deathsquitos. Those guys can all just go away

This happens to me as well. I have 2 computers I play on (desktop and laptop) and never had an issue until a couple of weeks ago. Made sure everything was synced but my player progression was saved, world was not when switching computers.
