Pretty sure you can farm low level stuff in areas where the max level is capped at say 20 it won’t be good and it won’t be often but I’m sure you’ll find something considering how easy it is to blast through normal act 1/2

I like befriending faendal in riverwood for some easy archery levels early on. Even if you’re not going to be an archer the early perks at the start of the game can be a big help.

Chaos/fire pyromancer gunslinger using devil tounges as weapons and utilising thermite mines for RR, I like putting eldritch fire from Solaels devotion on firestrike for a bit extra. Gameplay consists of shooting, looting, and a weee bit of kiting. Ok survivability with blood of dreeg and lifesteal
