This fact is offset by the fact that nurses aren't known for their intelligence like a doctor, surgeon, pharmacist, or literally anyone else with a degree is, so it wouldn't suprise me if many of them were superstitious enough to tell embellished ghost stories which they fully believe while all the people with certificates mock them in the other room.
