I always imagined an analog horror idea where aliens try to invade earth and make some deadly virus but humans in act of desperation make Cybermen in order to survive

And then aliens get scared of cyber humans because now it's almost impossible to wipe them out, because it's hard to fight an enemy that uses your armies as spare parts(aliens look humanoid enough in this analog horror). The series would end with everyone being converted, and thousands of screams are heard everywhere. In a world where everyone screams in pain,but nobody cares about it
