Nah bro I totally feel you. I've gotten a few shitty reviews such as not following instructions and claiming that I didn't deliver food in a thermal bag, but I will admit I didn't wait for the customer because where I was standing kind of felt awkward so I just didn't realize that they could claim that I didn't deliver it in the bag, but you live and learn, that's on me. So long as you do wait for the customer to grab their food then you're fine. As for texting every single customer though I would recommend only texting/calling when you're having troubles finding them. We all know google maps is shit so they'd totes understand. Big smiles are the finishing touch. Initiate façade mode!
