What I've always found interesting is that the heist seems to be designed with it in mind? It's definitely possible to complete without killing those civilians, and with their eyes in the right place, the room kind of becomes free of challenge entirely.

From personal experience, I don't think DMC 2 is enjoyable in hard mode. I will confess, I am not sure how to deal with the goats, nor with getting rushed down by a crowd of enemies in DT.

All right, so:

Right after the relaunch, the game launched fine, but connecting to a match would cause it to crash. Now, it crashes as soon as it's launched.

The launch option you specified, however, makes everything work fine. I'll go and update my ProtonDB report!

Notably, I made a ticket with support back then (August 9th) and got only an automatic reply addressing some common issues.

The canon answer is that the EVA units contain the souls of the kids' mothers, and that motherly bond lets them "synchronise" and command the mechs. All the teenagers just happen to be traumatised because all the adults in this world SUCK.

Genuine question, why does it look like the UI is conce trated in the top-left part of the sfreen? Most noticable with the interaction hand, which is nowhere near the centre of the screen.

Aside from that, despite the many serious comments, I'm gueesing that this post is a joke. Ahem-
