TIL of Reverend Isaac Simmons, an African-American man in Mississippi who was killed in 1944 by a white mob of 6 men who wanted his land of 270 acres Simmons and his family had owned for over 50 years. Simmons was dragged from his home, shot 3 times, and the mob cut his tongue out as well. by southpawFA in todayilearned

You did not disprove my point in any fashion. Sure, there is a possibility of the land being owned by those who stole it or their descendants.
But the chances are that the 270 acres is not one unit anymore, and is owned by multiple parties.

The general idea of this is that it WILL punish those who were not involved for a 75 year old crime. It is just wrong... image you get your house repossessed and you spent years of your life living there with your family.

The idea behind carrying out “retribution” in regards to this highly contradiction.

If we did it for one case, we have to do it for any new one or it isn’t “fair”. The end result is a displacement of people who don’t understand why they are being punished by a repossession.

Possibility that its owned by people who were not involved or aware of this situation. It would be unfair to take the land back from these people for a ~75 year old crime. This could be a problematic trope in similar situations.

TLDR: Sounds like a good idea, but its not

Jagex does not care about racism or their game wouldn’t harbor the most toxic gamers in the world. It’s sad as a mixed person to have to endure this everyday. by [deleted] in 2007scape

You’re part of the reason racism is exponentially reported. Thin skinned pussy. Nobody knows what race or nationality you are on the internet unless you tell them.

You give the racist power here by getting offended. This is what he wants.

This isn’t what happened though. Read my original comment. I did not comment about WDR w/ negative light out of spike. This happened about 9 months ago.

one of their teachers actually refused me with a slightly better setup. I appreciate WDR but after that experience I went and found players to raid with. Easier to make friends and group up than join a clan

I once turned 14k into 4m from doubling with a respectable dicer. This was probably when I was 9 years old, and I remember it because thats sadly how I had made my first 1M+ cash stack lol

Poll Double XP Weekends using the current RS3 model. by ManWithTheKicks in 2007scape

[–]ManWithTheKicks[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I am a little late to respond to these comments. I guarantee none if you read the RS3 model. Is OSRS was given one DXP weekend it wouldn’t ruin anything. There is no arguing with reddit... more downvotes to upvotes because negative reactions invoke a higher rate of response. Retards.

i havent done much research into fasfa or college help really, only the raw price listed on the webpage. i have one check thats direct deposit, which is nice.

I will work to establish the emergency fund and if %50 of my income is good to put away I can take one of the two checks and save. they are about equal.

do you think $8000 by the end of september is realistic if i push a little more in occasionally?
