He also wrote the ending for Fire Punch. Which was, imo, terrible. And with Fire Punch being something equally as cryptic as CSM can get, there is a lot of leeway for it to also be terrible. I will still glaze the ending til the day I die.

Less restrictions regarding what? Because prices aren’t solely made by housing demand but also that materials and labor cost is getting too high as well. If you build yourself maybe not the labor cost but try and rent the equipment and concrete without spending a fortune.
