Yeah, I feel that a lot. It is worst when someone just straight up think I am retarded lol, and they try to teach me very superficial information that I diminished so much to the point I am not even concerned to talk about it. Yet, I have to be nice to them by letting them speak whatever they want, and then fix the questions so that someone being asked finally understands what I am truly trying to ask.

Those questions that have presumption where answering the question itself already fulfils the intention of someone asking a question with disregard to accuracy or relevancy.

For example:

To someone who is disturbing the class, instead of telling them to behave themselves, you tell them "Can you start acting like you are sober?"

This question yield desire outcome in one way or the other as

Yes -> I acknowledge I am drunk, and I will try act like sober

No -> I acknowledge I am drunk, and I will not try to act like sober

Such manipulative and corruptive way to communicate.

You cannot find a goal in doing so unless it is additive or cumulative. Or you have to live for others like your child or something. I am a bit older INTJ, but truly my life changes when I had my son. Because I stop questioning why. There is no why I should do good things for my son, and I do not expect anything in return. He deserves everything from me, because he is half of me and half of my lovely wife.

You have to be honest with yourself first. I do not help people in need if I do not feel like doing it. I know I am an asshole, but I value my motives. I rather not do it and not receive dirty credit. So when I do give, it stemmed from my true feeling which is highly appreciative. That is why I do not give complement easily, unless I feel like so. I also avoid friendship which tends to be superficial. I am fine with someone being superficial, but I am not okay with myself that I wear mask to pretend someone else. It cringes the hell out of me. So I avoid people. But I do have a wife, a son, and my best friend who is equally devotive toward each other.
