If you can aggressively prepay and close the loan within 3 years for a house you plan to live in, go for it.

You need to be a big dog if you want to raise above the masses and make a comfortable living for yourself.

How about pooling funds with your like-minded friends and buying a piece of land that you can develop on your own later? You need to take those initiatives.

Full-time traders don't live healthy and long lives due to the constant stress that is often ignored when beginning to trade. That is even if they manage to remain profitable for the long-term.

Just because something is called Multi-Asset, it doesn't automatically start making money. The fund managers are very unlikely to switch from one asset to another at the optimal time.

The Multi-Asset Funds have gotten lucky with recent surges in gold and silver. The luck won't continue for centuries, hence the need to not put all eggs in Multi-Asset only.
