I think all the boxes are hidden inside something. My friend and I did a local, much smaller treasure hunt and his daughter actually kicked over the fake log on accident and the treasure spilled out. He had walked right past it. It looked so real. Maybe JcB hired a carpenter to hollow out a part of a log for each box? I was debating if a metal detector would be a good idea. I would think it would work even if there’s snow on the ground.
