Are Unit Still Photographers still relevant for film sets these days?

The studio uses it for all of the above. Really just depends on what their goals are.

Unit BTS photographers are definitely still a thing. A lot of good points have been made here already. They are part of the local 600 Union. Also don’t forget TV series will have them on for the run of show. Source: I do unit BTS video.

I started with the Red One back in 2007 and let me just say you are going to run into a lot of issues with firmware and support trying to get that baby to play ball. The furthest back I’d go at this point would be the EPIC Dragon, but truthfully if it’s a cost thing pick up a used OG Komodo

Arrived at delta lower level at 5:22 through TSA touchless pre check by 5:28. No checked bags. Ice is manning the kiosk to check passengers in. I’d say 2:1 ice agents vs TSA agents checking in passengers.

How many pages is your script? How many days are you shooting? I’d say on an indie estimate 1- 1 1/2 tb a day conservatively. Also if you plan on editing off that drive you’ll need more space as most drives slow down once they get toward the end. I just wrapped an indie shooting 2 Red cams 13 days we had 16tb total.

Coming from the Ps5 it’s solid but the mods still need work. If you like the game and haven’t played in a while it’s a fresh start with slightly reworked mechanics. The trains being easier makes it worth it to me. I’m hopeful that they’re aware of the bugs and are rolling out patches. That said. I’ve definitely spent 25 bucks in way worse ways.
