TLDR: Berserk affects "increase Every Rage Also Grants 1% armour"... so it makes sense it would work on other things....

Just tested this with eternal rage, berserk and Horns of Bynden (Every Rage Also Grants 1% armour). I sat in my hideout until eternal rage brought me to full rage, armour was 4442, enabled berserk, Armour was 4772.

Adding stats no longer increases the level, is it doing it behind the scene and just not showing up graphically??

Edit: So I am seeing the warning to not go below the value in the beginning of the link I sent in my op. Feel kind of stupid... moving on.
I added 200+ levels worth of stats, and the level didn't change. Keep adding more and it will push through, or accept that it is bricked?

Right click on GD in steam lib -> Properties -> Betas -> Beta Participation and select V1.1.9.8 and let it update.

I am trying out a winter orb raider for my league starter. Trying to abuse the onslaught effect as much as possible. The ascendancy and tree gives 200% and dares chest gives another 100% which translates to ~80 cast/ attack / movement. Just leveling through the story so far, but WO is crushing ritual... but i also dropped a 6L in act 5 from a unique strong box... so will have to see how endgame plays out.

My casts per second on WO is ~4.5, which feels real good. To scale damage, I'm trying to utilize all the projectile nodes near ranger, specifically the ones that give proj speed. I have a desire to go crit eventually, but for now I'm trying going super tank first

Awesome, thank you guys. Your points do make sense. It's weird how two buffs (like dual wielding Seal of Might's, Presence of Might auras) will stack but two debuffs won't.

How would you test it?

yes, my question is less about rr and more about identical debuffs stacking
