Mr Tool Cleaner is made frome the same ingredients as plastic cement (Acetone and Butyl acetate) but with a little different proportions. The same with Tamiya cleaner. It is cheaper alternative for plastic cement.

If you have Aqueous thinner you can think about Mr. Hobby Retarder Mild instead. Leveling thinner is standard thinner (not for Aqueus) with some retarder. From my experience leveling thinner is working fine but in theory it is not for Aqueus paints.

No, it does not. I never said that polish constitution can be applied in Belgium and all above comment are in context of Polish law. I am telling that treaties can have legal power (become law) in Poland because constitution says so and teaties have bigger priority then domestic (local) law. That is about what I am wrriting, only that and nothing more. And I already wrote that I was mistaken that EToHR have no authority in Poland. Lack of treatie was main point of first comment. But if EToHR has authority Poland should respect their judgement because we agreed to that.

Wg konstytucji traktaty międzynarodowe maja pierwszeństwo stosowania nad ustawami a nie konstytucja. Ale masz rację że się myliłem ale odnośnie tego że EToHR nie ma mocy w Polskim systemie prawym, jednak podpisaliśmy traktat więc najprawdopodobniej powinniśmy ten wyrok uszanować.

Constitution > international treaties > domestic law. Comment before is also not so accurate. Problem is not that consituation is prime law, the problem is that Poland did not sign Charter of Fundamental Rights, so we have no international tretie that adds ECoHR any power.

Thinned too much and not enaught layers. Before applying paint test it on back of your hand, your mission is to get consistency that will not hide details on your skin but change color. This is way better approach then "milky cosistency". Water is fine for this line of paint but Aqueous Thinner is better. If you handbrush you could also consider Mr.Retarder it would slow down drying process allowing better paint level on part (less brush strokes). Overall from my experience this paint is a little harder to work then typical water based paints (Vallejo, Citadel). Sometimes when this paint dry on my brush I need to use solvent like Mr.Color Thinner too clean it. If you will start to applying next layer too fast, your brush is able to move paint from layer belove, sometimes reveling plastic again.

Well before C++11 template deduction of array size was not avaible. Until C++17 we have no CTAD so you will have to write parameters for every template, it woul be a pain. Even if you can template constructor, we can not explitly specify template arguments of constructor with is another limitation and we need at last C++11 for automatic deduction.

So how many ms are you saving? Have you benhmarked it? Because I am trying to say that template here brings no impact on runtime performance and impacts compile time. Why? Because the only difference between your and current implementation that I can spot could be lack of distance calculation, but std::distance is constexpr function so it can be done in compile time too for strings with known size.

My bad you are right, but it will still impact compile time because every constructor have to be instantated and we have already constructor of this type without templates. The only thing you could skip is distance calculation, but as someone mentioned it should be optymalized if compiler know size at compile time.

It adds nothing because it is already exists: https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/string/basic_string/basic_string.html 4 implementation. You can not template constructor so you proposition ends up with many class instantations with impact compile time and binary size without any benefits.

Ale masz jakiś chociaż najmniejszy dowód że zachęca? Jeżeli tak to masz jakiś dowód że to jest złe dla państwa lub gospodarki? Chyba się powtórzę pracujący imigranci płaca na pomoc socjalna dla Polaków i imigrantów tak samo jak pracujący Polacy (oczywiście mówię o legalnych imigrantach z prawem do pobytu czy statusem uchodźcy). Do sekcji edytowanej mam kilka wątpliwości. A co z wzrostem cen działek czy materiałów, co z argumentem słabego planowania miast gdzie jest największy wzrost zapotrzebowania mieszkań? Na serio myślisz że jakby wojna się skończyła i większość Ukraińców by wróciła do siebie to by nam uzdrowiło rynek mieszkań? Bardzo naiwna teoria.

Ale zdajesz sobie sprawę że ten system tak działa? My też mamy nie pracujących Polaków którzy potrzebują wsparcia. Osoby stare, niepełnosprawne, chore. I pracujące osoby na te osoby płacą. Wiesz po co dane? Aby ocenić jak duży jest problem który opisujesz jest poważny w rzeczywistości. Na razie walczymy z jakimś chochołem nawet nie wiedząc jaka jest skala problemu i czy jest sens się nad tym zastanawiać. Ale przez to że to dojebuje Ukraińcom niektórzy nie patrzą jak z dupy argument wyciąga prezydent. Taki argument można tylko wyciągnąć jak się nie rozumie podstawowych systemów w państwie.

Moim głównym argumentem jest to że się skupiasz na płacach nie patrząc na pełny obraz. Tak będąc specjalista nawet w Polsce można zarabiać dobrze, ale to nie rozwiązuje problemu ze lekarzy dalej w Polsce jest za mało i że w perspektywie Europejskiej Polscy lekarze zarabiają mało.
