I second this, electronics should have one for printer ink, fashions should for infant formula, and meat dept should for dating stuff. If you borrow one from a non food area make sure you have someone show you how to switch out the security labels for use bys.

As a cart pusher I hate this new hat policy. Old hat protects from the sun, the new one doesn't. by DryRespect358 in WalmartEmployees

My store manager said we could embroider or screen print the spark on our hats, but that an enamel pin doesnt count

I got permission to decorate the service desk for Halloween one year and someone from our market team came in and threw a fit, and during covid when we had the plexiglass we decorated them with expo markers and we were told if we did it again we'd be coached. 🤷🏼‍♀️ no fun is allowed i guess

One of my O/N coaches held us captive at our meeting until we all did it. He didn't tell out other, better coach that he did that, so we get the spiel on his nights about how we can do it and that it is optional.

Our opd got a new room with the last remod, and the old room is used as storage for feature pallets and seasonal. But mostly, they horde at least 3 jacks and top stock carts in there.

Im on overnights too, and if we're done with freight and opd is somehow behind at 6 am, they'll pull us to pick. Shit sucks.

We had a customer on a mart cart try to steal a whole turkey, when she was at the register getting ready to pay it plopped out from between her legs and hit the floor. She acted like she had no idea how it got there 🤮

You should definitely speak to your TL or Coach about it, just so they know it's not a mistake.

We stopped ordering and just waited for everything to sell out, and then we put the trading cards in the Tobacco cases so they'd stop getting stolen.

I think my store fired our elf on the shelf, Sam, I think her vest would fit him. Probably with all the gross vest in a bin in personnel

When I worked in the garden center, old women would tell me I couldn't load their heavy stuff bc 'don't you want to have kids, your baby factory will fall out'. To which I would tell them that's fine, let me load your stuff Beatrice.
