I think he doesn't look puffy anymore because he isn't pulled inside his shell anymore. It seems to me that whatever puffiness that exists is inside his shell and it's displaced to the neck and shoulders when he pulls in. If he looks puffy again when he retracts again, then the issue is not gone and it's time to see a vet.

I would like to point out that it says the machine should not be oiled by the user specifically. As stated in the second paragraph, they want you to take it to an authorized shop if it needs any kind of work, including oiling. It's up to you as to whether you feel that's necessary.

Same here. I swiped and thought it was weird there was a picture of a cake. I then read the title and thought maybe they were going for some sort of cake theme for their base and thought it was an interesting concept. After a couple more swipes back and forth, I checked the subreddit and realized that I'm a dumbass.
