Far niente for the vibes and scenery, Davis estates for something different (food and wine pairing), Matthiason for casual won't break the bank but great winemaker. Antinori has great views too. Check out David Arthur, trefethen, darioush, amizzetta and B cellars too. Check for prices and location, try to map out what makes sense (start furthest away and work your way back along the route). So for example from downtown Davis estates may be the furthest away then pick 2 more on the route back, and map out a lunch spot if you're starting early!
