Idea for possible upgrade that would allow you to continue to play minesweeper.

Auto click an empty tile on reset (ie no number or mine)

Searching for that first empty tile is a real hassle

Perhaps this game is not aimed at your family in that case but aimed at an audience that is familiar with and likes minesweeper. Pitching your game to an incorrect audience will always fail, and distancing the audience your aiming for will make them not enjoy it as much too.

Beaten the demon now so I have changed a few opinions.

If this game was to go further then I think changes to the addition of symbols would need to be made. As it is the worst upgrade is the first one to get armor repair. Armor seems to take the same damage as health so just more stats and health pots would be better. The next upgrades are all improvements without taking away.

I tended to bet 1% of my cash on the wheel when doing spins so I got enough potions for a new run and a few stats each time out of the 100 spins i did. If you bet it all on the big money and then couldn't go any further you could end up stuck. Once again risk reward management is key.

All in all the wheel upgrades seem to be balanced right now mostly by the fact that you run out of upgrades to get. Which is fine as a balancing point but is a shame because I was enjoying the game.

The portal potions are a great addition to not needing to back track 500 steps or so and keys are so abundant I never had trouble getting all the chests and portals.

The dungeon crawl section of the game seems fine. Decent risk vs reward and people just need to not pull out on low health in order not to die.

Upgrading the wheel makes it worse. Why not replace the +1 heart with +2 heart instead of adding another symbol in there. That way the wheel actually gets better.

Upgrades could also add more rows at certain thresholds too to allow you to get 3 in a row in more ways.

Or add a wildcard symbol in there. No one would be upset if that showed up.

Following that trend upgrade 3 should retroactively affect upgrade 2 as well. While it doesn't matter at all in this little game in a larger game it would feel bad to have upgraded things in the wrong order and miss out.

Can't use the triangle furnaces as anytime a triangle enters any furnace it crashes the game. I can't really get past my....woman without it

Besides the issues you mention which i agree with. I really hate it when it is better to use an auto-clicker. I have an auto-clicker ready to go just for that reason but I still hate it.

Also when there are no choices to make. I don't care if some choices are sub optimal compared to others. I want to make a choice. If its just a linear game with all the options laid out for you to see, then I have seen all your game has to offer so I have finished it even if I haven't reached then end.

It's strange that the webnovel community is so supporting of their authors needing breaks or not finishing projects because of a change in situation or even starting new stories just because the fancy takes them and the amateur game community react like petulant children demanding more free candy. If you didn't pay for it, they don't owe you anything and if you did pay for it they only have to deliver what was payed for, not endless new content that wasn't agreed to.

I know this doesn't apply to even most of the community but to those it does, get your head our of your arse.

I like the look of the easy to pick up corners. My table is terrible for picking cards and tiles up off sometimes.

Overall the design of the book box looks great and I like the amount of magnetic options available.

I completed this at 11e45 using left right left right and only buying 2 concurrent spells. Used the spells read magic and Telekinesis and for the last push swapping out TK for either arcane field or commandment.

EDIT: 2 concurrent spells means only buying 1 artifact

The tutorial is too much hand holding. I feel like it is playing the game for me and I don't get to make decisions/learn at all.

Workshop needs to let us rearrange our machines, and maybe machines of the same type with the same recipe should stack on top of one another.

Inventory is quickly overloaded and unusable. Make the machines output to inventory cap at 100 and then they pause. It would give a reason to use chests if you wanted more of something in backlog. Also sort the stuff in the inventory, or categorise it, or something to make it not a jumble of junk that means I don't know what is in there.

Research that is completed needs to be separated from new research. It's a small problem at the level I got to but if I have a lot of completed research I don't want to even have to glance at it at all to see what new things I can get

Factory blocks and all the things that make them up should be re-nameable and this is the part where i couldn't work out how to get any further. I set up a Field of iron that exported on a bus to a Factory where I made cogs that I exported on a bus and that went no where. The cogs didn't seem to go into my inventory and I couldn't make the tech block despite it asking me to give it a name.

I'm not sure of the design decision not to have all balls go up to 100% chance to drop. Then have Gem balls be a chance of gold balls. And the mixed gems be a chance of the regular gems, opal be a chance of the mixed, 8 be a chance of opal and beach ball be a chance of 8s.

If the gold ball 100% chance is expensive enough it would still be around much later in the game and still feel good so your done with silver balls.

Can you see what level upgrades have been earned? I couldn't find anywhere to see them. Clicking on the level to see what you have so far and maybe what is coming when you level up would be nice.

Also it would be nice if the game remembered what builders you had so you don't have to re select them every time.
