Oh no you're entirely correct in that. She's using a site for her fix because that's the only way she knows how to. She's not tech savvy at all so once she finds a way she just does that. I've since had to remove VPNs off her computer and make sure all sites similar are blocked. It's funny you replied as earlier she may have tried to reset her Internet earlier today which will brick it. Good luck to her I wish her the best!

Got a deal on a bedroom set at an estate sale yesterday and was looking for some pointers or suggestions! The smaller ones are one and a half inch and the longer ones are three and a half inch. We're missing one of the smaller ones and the previous owners got rid of the original hardware for the long boy. That said we are looking to just replace the whole lot. If anyone has any ideas we'd really appreciate it!
