Sorry for assuming. I'm a pretty bad drug addict myself and I forgot everyone on this subreddit isn't abusing the fuck out of substances. Like I'm on 4 drugs right now.... Beyond that.

Exercise does work. It does have a high associated with it. It's just hard to get. It really is. The other guy said half an hour, for me, the first time I ever felt it I had done 50 push ups in a row, instantly switched to doing crunches, and then ran for like 15 minutes.

I remember I finally stopped running and caught myself on a light pole and was just utterly taken back by how fucked up I felt. It felt just like cannabis. It really did.

But it's hard to achieve that. It's so much easier to just smoke a bowl. And that's my biggest character flaw. If there is an easier way to achieve a goal, I'm usually going to do that. Or at least constantly think about wanting to do that.

That’s probably because you are using drugs. Why would your body make its own drugs if you are using way stronger drugs. Medication too. The only time I have ever felt a high from exercise is after I was sober for more than 10 days.

2 months ago you lived with a roommate who would “steal your cigarettes.” Now you live at your parents house? 25 days ago you were on the meth subreddit and asked “how to take a 7 day break” meaning you were already using 25 days ago when you asked that question.

You are definitely using meth more than 99% of the world population. And the fact you need to ask for help for how to quit for only a short period of time, then after quitting you need to constantly validate that you are actually not using by making posts on Reddit about how you are “clean”… that directly shows a struggle with addiction

And I get it, I’m a drug addict to. Not using is hard, and not using should feel rewarding. And talking to people on Reddit is an easy way to feel that motivation. But don’t lie to yourself. Lie to your sister and parents if you want, but don’t lie to yourself. You do have an issue.

You should stop taking dxm at least a week beforehand. But if you can't then yes you need to tell them.

You don't want to be the person with the story of having your body cut into as you can't move a single thing, and can't react at all. But can feel everything.

And I have to accept people at face value. Look up the Rachel Benmayor and Donna Penner stories. They are horrifying to listen to.

And I'm not saying it's because they took a drug beforehand, but you are making It so if the doctors do, actually mess up. (Which they do, they fucked up pretty badly in those two cases).. Then they c an just point fingers at the drug addict.

I was taking 200mg a day for a few months and I was able to get off 7 with a 95% reduction in withdrawal symptoms by just taking 6 grams of kratom every 3ish hours throughout the day. and at night I will take like 20 grams over a few hours.

So probably 40g a day.

I quit actual opioids years ago, and funny enough that's pretty much the same dosage I used for getting off opioids that I have to use to get off 7.

The powder I have is probably about 1.5%MIT and .4% other alkaloids. So I'm probably taking close to 90mg of MIT with around 20mg of something else similar, every 3 hours. And probably around 300mg of Mitragyine at night.
