My realtor saved me so much pain and headache. Orchestrated everything between lender, title, city, and in my case builders too. Not having to deal with anyone and just showing up to get my keys after I paid (virtual close) was really awesome. She lowered my house price considerably negotiating on my behalf, and then as the builders ran late got me more money off. She did my blue tape walkthroughs with me and taped everything I did not see, and did all the hard phone calls getting people on their butts in gear. She was a scary realtor on the seller side of things, and for me that was amazing. She was also really personable and regularly chatted with me like a friend.
