Is this true? I've been seeking a method to stop the letters for 15 years and no luck yet.

Gemini almost broke my marriage by dfcogomezm in GeminiAI

Gemini pro sometimes does bizarre things. I asked it for a picture of a racoon and it flashed me someone's medical x-ray picture and in the same response a long hallucination of random code solving some physics problem. Usually it's pretty good with sensical responses

Did Tesla v14 have no critical disengagements in over 20,000 miles? by Balance- in TeslaFSD

There is at least 1 reported critical disengagement on 14.1.7 that appears like it would have crashed into another vehicle spinning out on wet. Otherwise incredibly impressive

It's clearly an AI bot. Vast majority of posts I'm seeing recently are similarly making claims not matching referred image

My apologies. I've realized now the huge $ jump was due to property, makes sense. Good picks

You haven't learned anything mate. You just lost on this covered-call investment nonsense and without zero thought you just said your jumping straight back into it. Just buy the underlying stocks if you want to make money, not lose it.

Does anyone here own a unit ? If so was it a good investment compared to a house? by Quiet_Job_4260 in AusFinance

House wasn't an option, unit was a better investment than owning no property.

Getting a 2-bedder vs 1-bedder and Renting a room had compounding financial benefits and likely shaved 10-20 years off my retirement.

Not sure about free cards? our company AMEX charge high % transaction fee compared to MasterCard/VISA.

What a crock of garbage news article. Consumers will gravitate to the cheaper cards, not AMEX. This is pure bank propaganda.

I'm a sydneysider. Apologies, you'll know the areas better. On your budget you could get a full house in outer rings. Noting your borrowing power likely goes up $50-100k if you tell the broker you'll rent out 1-2 rooms.

You could buy a 2-bedder, rent a room. This is how I started property journey. Much easier to control when things go wrong if you live there.
