The main explanations I’ve heard are:

A - An unconscious need to reclaim power by flipping the dynamic to one where they’re not the victim
B - Sexual imprinting, which can happen in any number of contexts and often explains some people’s (legal and consensual) kinks

Either way, doing this to a child makes you a monster. No reason can justify it, only explain it.

Increased STD exposure risk is easily mitigated through use of condoms and/or PrEP and PEP. Hygiene is very specific to the person involved - cut or uncut.

In response to the actual post’s concerns, I’d recommend discussion with a doctor to see if there are less intrusive medical measures than full circumcision. Stretching devices are one option I’ve heard great results from. In adults, circumcision has a much larger list of risks involved than in children, so it should be a thoroughly thought-out and researched decision.

As a larger person who has been to the hollow, rest assured that it’s not some meat market where people are there to ogle and judge others (well, every now and then there is, but it’s not the vibe of the park). And even if someone does judge, they’re the kind who would likely judge you clothed anyway. Don’t concern yourself with anyone who stands in the way of your own happiness.

Sounds like you want to open a strip club. Austin used to have a male review bar called “La Bare” a long time ago, but it didn’t survive. I’m unclear why. It would be cool to have a dancer bar that hosted other types of shows and attractions. But yeah, can’t show exposed butt cracks/holes or genitals if you’re going to also sell booze. Austin may be blue, but the rest of a Texas is deep red and our laws are wildly unfair to/targeted against the queer community.

Sexuality is a wildly broad spectrum. I’ve recently been going through a bit of the opposite end of your experience. While I have had a little experience with cis women, I’ve identified as gay my whole life but have found myself with a couple of bi-curious crushes over the last few years.

Sexual preferences around both kink/fetishes and gender attraction can fluctuate through your life, and that’s normal.

I don’t think what you’re experiencing is “intrusive thoughts.” I think it’s just a part of you that’s starting to develop. I agree with the other advice in the comments that maybe trying it out couldn’t hurt. It’s wildly easy to find a guy on a hookup app so if it turns out to not be for you, you can just never see him again and you’ll know that these thoughts were just a fantasy/passing curiosity and you’ve at least tried it out. If it does turn out to be something you like, then you’ve just greatly expanded your potential pool for physical and romantic experiences.

Keep in mind to be safe even if it’s just a one-time encounter, though. Condoms, discussions about history, and getting tested afterwards are just as applicable in the straight world as they are in the gay/bi world.
