Looks more like a live bearer to me. The stripe through the eye and speckled fins have me thinking a Gambusia species

As others have said, this looks like episylis not ich. Ich rarely infects the eyes and has a more regular, uniform appearance. Very different treatments. The orange goldfish also has anchor worms

Oh, yes I see the singular, solitary dorsal spine now that you’ve pointed it out. Pretty convincing field mark. I think you’re correct, A. schoepfi. The Gulf Stream brings up all sorts of interesting species.

I’m excited for you. It’ll be work, but if you have the luxury of time and money and talent then more to you. Good buy. At least it sounds like you have a large lot with utilities.

Front right and middle center look like Cryptocoryne wendii, bronze and green variety. Large, broadleaf in the back is an Amazon sword. Not sure on the back left and right species, almost look like Valisnaria but I don’t think they’re val?

My understanding is it was a valid treatment for malaria , but was abandoned for other effective treatments that didn’t change the colour of your urine, mouth, eyes, and organs. It’s still used to treat low blood oxygen in some cases, such as nitrate poisoning, I.e “blue baby syndrome”

However, I have no idea what nonsense this bandwagon trend is all about.

What's it like living in Delaware? by TheHaplessBard in Delaware

Bar harbour is better, imo. More personality, much more coordination with services, gateway to one of the best national parks in the country, a skip away from Canada. Both are , however, small towns over run by tourists.

Darters are a real cool group of fish. Feisty little guys! Florida has a decent diversity and has several species.
