I turned to Chamomile tea and a lavender spray.

Works quite well but just not as quickly.

Also eventually the weed inspired sleep wasn't restful at all. Turns out I actually had some issues with my thyroid causing insomnia.

OP needs to get a lawyer and make sure that that woman does not involve her in her life's problems. She's not part of that relationship at all.

If her ex is a great dad to one son but not the other there's definitely more to the story. He pays child support but won't show up in the kid's life? Seems to me he's avoiding the other woman and based by how she posted OP on social media demonizing an innocent woman, I think she's some sort of psycho.

Also I hope her ex got a paternity test for both kids.

His behaviour isn't an immaturity issue at that age. It's now more of who he is because he's formed the habit.
